Return & Refund Policy

At afashionfrenzy Holdings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and accessories
  3. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the package to our returns center at the address provided with your RMA

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not the result of our error. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received and processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Some processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you still have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card company as there may be a delay in posting the refund
  2. Check with your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on your account
  3. If after completing these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team for further assistance
